Upon acceptance of offer proposal each approved project will be purchased using the funds of GSK Equities.

EQUITY & PARTNERSHIPS

Select partners will be offered ownership in the deal equivalent to the amount they invested. Each partner will also earn preferred returns of 4% and their prorated share of 50% of the profits generated by each deal above the preferred returns.
